Candida Nausea Confused About Candida Symptoms And Diet?

Confused about Candida symptoms and diet? - candida nausea

I only said that I suffer from numerous allergies and candida.

Spacy feeling, my main symptom is fatigue, sleepiness and unreal. I also have nausea, bloating, flatulence, mucus in stool, diarrhea and constipation.

I am confused about the time my symptoms are normal?
I am also sure that what we should eat dinner and I eat fruit?

If you provide personal experience with this problem or advice id love to chat

Do you think that is always enough B vitamins (B12, in particular?), May produce some of the symptoms.

If you reduce the refined sugars that are trying to help, and a good quality probiotic will. Some fruits are beautiful.

They improve a lot and go in the yeast and sugar diet:
No sugar, no fruit, no milk, no cheese, no mushrooms, no vinegar, no pizza, no fermented foods without soy sauce, no bread, no alcohol.

You will notice an improvement after the first one or two days, but say the sides to do for 6 weeks.
I started this week and it works.
I have scrambled eggs on rice cakes for lunch. Now I use an egg and 2 tablespoons of soft tofu and fight together.
You can repeat for lunch with the chopped peppers or cucumbers, whatever.
Today I had rice for lunch and spaghetti for dinner.POPCORN eggplant curry is an excellent snack and wait.
Find a placebo without Vit C
I also had some sugar-free candies for "just in case"
To do this, for 6 weeks.
