I am currently Vice President of Operations and IT for a non-traditional bank lending business. I do not remember what questions they asked - but it's important if you are someone who do this job (COO) who have to deal effectively with people (perhaps ask what is the nation's largest group succeeded before, or if their current employees were: 3 words to describe what may be controlled 3 words), suitable for use with the systems you, or you use something special (like you) your own software, have the opportunity to assume soon, and understand analyze how the financial data, both for household purposes (eg to inform the Board of Directors) and management) purposes (ie, the desertion of the budget staff and future growth.
